This feature allows users to view weather as an option, or view their default. It also lets users set a default, view a default set, or edit it.

UPDATE:
As of 12-01-06, the bot now uses + modes instead of - modes. It also now lets you view the forecast in notice by using +n or private message via +p mode.

In addition to that, you can now view the forecast up to 3 days in advance by using the +f mode.
Also note you can include the n or p mode and the f mode. For example, +fn or +fp and such.

Please note however, using the +f mode to view the additional days may take a bit longer to show the forecast compared to not using the +f mode.
