Information:   !SETNOTICE [option] <input>   (Rival v4.3.0+)

Sets what notices to be on/off.

(use one of the following values. (join,capt,pick,pm))
join [on|off] = Msg's info to user. (default on)
capt [on|off] = Msg's the captains. (default off)
pick [on|off] = Msg's the person picked. (default off)
pm [on|off] = PM's the person if they have pm at the end of the nick. (default on)
