First off, if you are not familiar or know how to use flood protection I wouldnt recommend using this, as incorrectly setting this can cause severe problems for channel operators and users.

Sets the options for advanced flood protection.

[on|off] = Turns the flood protect on or off. [default is off]
lines [#] = How many lines to allow. [default 6]
secs [#] = How many seconds to allow them in. [default 3]
type [kb|b] = Should it kick and ban, or just ban? [kb or b[default kb]]
blength [#] = Length of the ban in seconds. [default 180]
mlength [#] = Length of the +m mode in seconds. [default 10]
mode [#] = Should it +m then -m later? [default 1]
voice [#] = Should it ignore voiced people? [default 1 [2=yes - 1=no]]
msg [#] = The kick message if type is kb.
